KLO Partners was formed in 2016 by Peter Kroeger, Tim Luscombe and Mark Oxenham who are all vastly experienced in Company Sales, Exit Planning and Acquisitions.
Sadly, Peter lost his battle with cancer at the start of 2024.
Tim and Mark continue to advise on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions in the private company marketplace across a wide range of business sectors both in the UK and internationally.

Tim has been advising owner-managers on company sales, exit planning and acquisitions for more than 30 years.
He has experience in sectors from IT to contracting, and from manufacturing through to advertising.
For some years Tim ran his own service business after a career as a financial director and later general manager.
Tim has lived and worked in Europe, the USA and the Far East. He has worked for public and private companies, private equity backed businesses and taken a company to IPO.

With a track record of successfully growing his own businesses, including two fine dining restaurants in Canada as well as founding a leisure company that he took to plc status, Mark has wide-ranging commercial and practical experience of growing and changing businesses.
Mark has worked in the Caribbean, Canada and the US as well as in the UK, helping company owners and managers as a business coach on strategy, sales and developing exit strategies to help them sell their companies.
